water, apple juice from concentrate (20%), magnesium salts of citric acid, melissa leaves
extract (Melissa offcinalis L.), hop cones extract (Humulus lupulus L.), zinc gluconate, gamma-aminobutyric
acid (GABA), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), acid (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners
(acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), maltodextrin.
1,3. Mangesium and vitamin B6 magnesium contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
2. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by
consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime

Consume one serving daily, 30 minutes before bedtime (1 serving = ¼ bottle 30 ml). Shake before use.
